The January 2026 release of our Retrieval Suite

The current release of our Retrieval Suite brings new out of the box RAG and AI workflows as well as detailed views for understanding workflow and query executions.

In our blog post Transparent AI and RAG Workflows, we already shared a preview on the analytical capabilities of the Retrieval Suite. In contrast to blackbox AI workflows, the Retrieval Suite offers out of the box workflows where workflow executions can be well understood. In turn this allows for additional fine-tuning by the customer.

Common use cases which our RAG and AI workflows solve right away are retrieving knowledge, collecting and summarizing information and documents, formulating sound answers e.g. to support cases for meeting preparations and more.

All of this is based on your internal knowledge and comes out of the box, is easy to setup and does not need custom code. As mentioned, our Retrieval Suite always takes user permissions into account and works on the knowledge, a user has access to. Moreover, the data remains on-premises or in your cloud. In turn, RheinInsights never needs access to your data.
