The Steps in Detail

Just six steps to success

Connect your enterprise knowledge with AI in a matter of minutes. Use our Suite with Azure AI Search or open source search engines, or in conjunction with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Search.

1. Create a customer account.
Visit our customer portal
2. Download our Retrieval Suite on-permises edition or deploy it from Azure
3. Deployment of the Suite.
Prerequisite for our on-premise version: a VM with Java
4. First-Run Wizard
Prerequisite: A (trial) license and an app registration in Entra Id
5. Setting up and running the connectors
Prerequisite: Access to the source systems, search engine (see Enterprise Search Connectors)
6. Optional: Setting up query pipelines, bot and search experiences
Prerequisite: Search engine, as well as an LLM for retrieval augmented generation and vector search
7. Rollout to your users
