This RheinInsights Retrieval Suite release brings long asked for and new features.

Zendesk Connector

With version 1.11, you will have the ability to index Zendesk documents using our new Zendesk connector. As all of our connectors, it supports not only indexing content but allows for implementing secure search and permission-based RAG.

Slack Bot

This release also brings a new bot integration. Besides integrating our Suite and thus your organizational knowledge into many search engines, into Copilot, Microsoft Teams, Claude, you can now integrate your knowledge directly into Slack.

Search Federator

Finally, we also introduced our new search federator. This deep federation allows to federate multiple search engines on query side. It is as easy as this: based on the search engines, which you already have configured on query side, you place our federator.

Our search federator combines the search results of these search engines in a round robin manner and adds the search filters. In turn, you get one combined result list with the most relevant results from all sources on top.
This result list - as always - is security trimmed and users get only the results they are entitled to see themselves in the content sources. In turn, the result can either be presented to a completion to answer a question with AI or to a search interface.

Azure Blob and File Storage Storage Connectors

With version 1.11, you will have the ability to index documents from your Azure Blob Storage and also from Azure File Storage locations. This enables you to integrate your documents and files from Azure Storage locations into your enterprise search or RAG applications.
