The December release of our RheinInsights Retrieval Suite brings two new enterprise search connectors and a new vector database integration.

Enterprise Search Connectors

With the new release, you can index all pages and attachments from the broadly used Drupal content management system. This way, you can build bot and knowledge applications based on the contents stored in your Drupal system.

On the other hand, you can now index Zammad ticket systems. The connector supports indexing all tickets, as well as the knowledge pages and attachments. In turn, you can build applications which support your support personell as well as answers questions before tickets are opened.

Vector Database Integration

With the current release, our Retrieval Suite offers indexing data into the broadly used vector database Weaviate. Also our Weaviate integration supports securely queryíng Weaviate as part of our query pipelines.

This allows for implementing complex agent and bot workflows, including the handling of permissions. As our Weaviate integration fully supports secure knowledge retrieval in combination with our enterprise search connectors.
