March 2026 Release of our Retrieval Suite

The RheinInsights Retrieval Suite brings two new connectors, for Exchange Online and for the content management system Alfresco. Moreover, the new version adjusts towards recent changes of the Slack API and introduces new mechanisms of the Squirro API.

The new Alfresco connector can index all documents, pages, blog posts from all spaces of your instance. Our new Exchange Online connector indexes e-mails and attachments from user and shared mailboxes.

Therefore, you can implement RAG and agentic RAG solutions which leverage your organizational knowledge in Alfresco, Exchange, Outlook or any other enterprise repository supported by the Retrieval Suite. Of course, both connectors support the respective permission schemas, so that Copilot, Open WebUI, Squirro or any other application only exposes the knowledge which a user has access to.
