April 2026 Release of the RheinInsights Retrieval Suite

The current RheinInsights Retrieval Suite version brings improvements towards existing connectors, SharePoint on premises and SharePoint Online, new filtering means for Microsoft Dynamics and stability improvements.

The SharePoint Online connector was extended to support the SharePoint Online REST APIs side by side with the Graph APIs, so that it gets more fine-grained and detailed information in less API calls. The crawl strategy has been adjusted towards an adaptive internal rate limiting so that the Microsoft APIs slow down the connector less often.
